Each session will include a chat about your health history, assessing how you use your body, bodywork (massage and energy work) and probably some homework. I use my background in personal training, massage and life coaching to give you some solid recommendations of things you can do at home to aid in your journey to feeling better. I enjoy using essential oils, stones, plants and sound therapy in sessions. Nothing ages us faster, internally and externally, than high stress.
